Taught by

Catherine (Jehrin) Alexandria
dance, ballet, movement therapy

In this class students will learn the foundations of ballet terminology and technique coupled with contemporary dance exploration. The class will focus on building core strength and flexibility, as well as developing a playful, creative attitude as we explore movement in class.

This class is for students from beginning to advanced levels of dance training. Please bring proper dance attire; ballet slippers are optional.

Our work will be conducted remotely, using Zoom. The faculty will offer alternative assignments if conditions or illness prevent students from accessing our synchronous meetings, which will allow students to earn full credit.
