Program Workshop Request Form for Faculty

This form can be used by Evergreen faculty to request in-program workshops conducted by peer tutors from the Writing Center. Please note that this form only covers requests for our standard workshops.

Note: Faculty and staff must pay for any required handouts out of their program budget and bring the handouts to class on the day of the workshop. Handouts can be downloaded from the Workshop Description page for the appropriate series.
