Evergreen has purchased Hannon Hill's Cascade Server Content Management System (CMS) and the Web Team is working to move a large portion the official web site into the CMS. CMS is  used to maintain and publish content on the main Evergreen web site (www.evergreen.edu) and several other sites.

When can I start using the CMS for my site?

We're actively moving content into the CMS, if you would like to get on the list for conversion contact us and we'll talk about what's involved and address any specific questions you might have. Please note that we're generally scheduling conversions 2-3 weeks out although some sites may take longer based on size and/or complexity. If you're interested in using the CMS for your portion of the Evergreen site please contact the Evergreen Web Team.

How do I do _________ in the CMS?

How do I get CMS training?

For the time being we have choosen to provide content management system training on an individual face-to-face basis. Please contact the Evergreen Web Team to arrange for individual training sessions. 

My question is not here... how do I get an answer?

Since we're just getting started we haven't received too many questions, if you have a question please feel free to contact the Evergreen Web Team. Not only will you get an answer but you'll be helping us improve our CMS FAQ.

What sites are hosted in the CMS?

The Evergreen web team is in the process of moving the official Evergreen State College Official Site (www.evergreen.edu) to the CMS and has currently moved about half of the official site's content into the CMS. In addition the main site the following sites have been moved into the CMS.
