Important Online Payment Changes
Effective June 2, 2010, The Evergreen State College will stop accepting Visa for online credit card payment. Additionally a convenience fee in the amount of 2.75% will be charged on all credit card payments using American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. A no-cost secure electronic check payment option is available and requires a routing number and a bank account.
Also effective June 2, 2010, the Cashier’s office will no longer be able to process credit card payments at the window. Debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo will continue to be accepted with a pin number.

Pay online for existing charges such as:
- child care
- graduation
- housing
- library fees
- meal plan
- parking
- transcripts
- tuition
Student, Staff or Faculty
- Use your my.evergreen.edu account to access Web Payment and select Student (or Employee) Account Summary.
Parent or Authorized User
- Login to the authorized user site with the name and password your student set up for you.
Pay for a Conference, Seminar, Retreat or Other
- Make a payment to Conference Services You will need to enter the 5 digit invoice number
- Make a payment to KAOS Olympia Community Radio
- Purchase tickets for the President's Orientation Brunch on Sunday, September 19, 2010. Tickets can be picked up at the Orientation Table on Red Square after 9 am on Saturday September 18.
