For the past twenty-five years I have been a metalsmith, a member of the fine arts faculty at the Evergreen State College, and an arts advocate. My art is made of found and embossed tin obsessively nailed over wooden forms. This metal wrapping creates dense patterns and layers of textures, simultaneously revealing and concealing the process of remaking.
