If you have an Associate of Arts degree or 90 or more college credits, contact Clarisse Leong in Admissions at The Evergreen State College: leongc@evergreen.edu or (360) 867-6496, and she'll guide you through the application/admissions process. You can also apply online at: http://www.evergreen.edu/admissions/apply.htm . There's an intake packet that all prospective Reservation Based Community Determined program students must complete, which you can obtain from either of the program directors: Michelle Aguilar-Wells, Director at aguilarm@evergreen.edu or Gina Corpuz, Associate Director at corpuzr@evergreen.edu .
