pcAnywhere is a remote access utility allowing Technical Support personnel to help you with your PC without a site visit. This saves you time and the college money.

The Evergreen State College's version of pcAnywhere protects you by:
  • Allowing only you to initiate a pcAnywhere session
  • Allowing only approved Technical Support Services Staff to connect to your computer with your approval (after you initiate a pcAnywhere session)
  • Requiring the connecting technician to provide a username and password (available only to authorized TSS staff) for each pcAnywhere session
  • Allowing you to exercise full control of when a pcAnywhere session terminates

The Install process will require you to re-boot your computer. Please save all open data prior to installing pcAnywhere.

Click here to install pcAnywhere now. When using Internet Explorer, choose "Open this file from its current location" on the next screen. With Netscape, you will need to save the file to your computer and initiate the installation from there. If you need additional assistance installing pcAnywhere, click here.
