Financial Aid
Any student applying for financial aid during the summer quarter must
- be a continuing, regularly admitted Evergreen student
- be registered for at least 6 credits if undergraduate, and at least 4 if graduate
- complete the summer 2012 interest form (available in April from the Financial Aid Office)
- be fully registered (for both sessions) for the entire summer by June 29, 2012
Priority Deadline: The priority deadline date for filing for summer financial aid will be announced by April. Summer interest forms not received by the priority deadline are not guaranteed to be processed prior to attending summer courses.
The total costs used to determine students' financial aid eligibility are based on the length of the sessions for which they are registered; either five or 10 weeks in length.

- Undergraduates may register for 2 to 20 credits. Graduates may register for 2 to 12 credits.
Late Registration
Late registration fees are the same in summer as during the academic year. Avoid late fees by registering before the end of the first week of the quarter! A $50.00 late fee for registration additions and changes applies as of the Monday of week two of each quarter. This increases to a $100 late fee for additions and changes as of the Monday of week three of each quarter. These late registration fees apply regardless of session or mode of study.
Payment Options
The cashier’s office no longer processes credit card payments in person. However, American Express, Discover and MasterCard credit cards are accepted online. Information about payment options is available at www.evergreen.edu/business/cashier/paymentoptions.htm. A no-cost, secure electronic check payment option is still available through webpayment.
Payment Deadlines
Tuition and fees are due the Friday of the first week of the quarter (June 29, 2012). Students registering after this date must pay at the time of registration.
