Audits
No audits available during summer quarter.
Credit cards
The Cashier’s Office will accept Visa and MasterCard, by mail or in person. We no longer accept credit card payments over the phone. Web payment is now available. Check www.evergreen.edu/webpayment for more information.
Deadline for payment
Summer tuition bills will be sent on or around June 2. Whether or not you receive a bill, full payment for tuition must be received at the Cashier’s Office by 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, or registration will be cancelled. Postmarks do not count. Students registering after June 17 must pay at the time of registration.
Fees
Late registration fee: $50, $100 beginning week 2
Transit fee
A mandatory $1.10 per credit (maximum of $13.20) Intercity Transit fee will be added each quarter for all students enrolled at the Olympia campus. The transit program allows currently enrolled students unrestricted and unlimited travel on all local transit routes by showing their validated student ID card.
Clean Energy Fee
A $1 per credit clean energy fee will be added for all students.
CAB Renovation Fee
Students enrolled at the Olympia campus will be charged a mandatory fee of $5.75 per credit. Fees collected will help fund the College Activities Building (CAB) redesign project. Visit www.evergreen.edu/studentaffairs and click on the “CAB Redesign (PDF)” link for additional information.
