SASS provides academic, co-curricular, and social support to Evergreen students. Our services include academic advising, career counseling, diversity resources, and new student programs.

If you will be graduating soon and are anxiously considering your next steps, Career Counselor Edwin Bliss can help you put your worries to rest. Join him for a presentation and discussion about positive steps you can take after Evergreen.

Academic Advising: Understand your educational options and plan your academic path. Explore program selections, identify and develop an area of emphasis, and connect with campus resources and support.
Access Services: If you are a student with a disability, get the services you need to be successful, including academic adjustments, assistive technology, and accommodation requests.
Career Development Center: Gain the clarity and confidence to successfully navigate your future. Explore career and grad school opportunities and receive guidance on resumes, cover letters, interviewing, and job search strategies.
First Peoples Multicultural Advising: Achieve your academic and personal goals through comprehensive academic, social, and personal advising, referrals to campus and community resources, and community-building educational events.
GEAR UP Program: Evergreen was the recipient of two GEAR UP grants focusing on college awareness and college readiness. The project ended in September of 2015 after reaching nearly 7,000 students.
TRiO Student Success: If you are low-income, the first in your family to go to college, or have a documented disability, you may be eligible for individualized advising and other support programs.
New Student Orientation: When you arrive at Evergreen, you’ll prepare to succeed during your first year and beyond.
