Search for a Student Job
Employment opportunities are available for both work-study and non-work-study (institutional) students.
Search for jobs on the Community Opportunities Database (CODa)
Search CODa for full and part time jobs, internships and community service opportunities. This database will allow students to create and save position searches using several criteria at once, and employers will be able to post and revise job descriptions at any time of year directly to the database.
Not sure if you have Work-Study?
If you do have work-study, it will come as part of your Financial Aid package and you will see it listed on your Financial Aid Award Letter. If you are not sure if you have work-study, check your Award Letter or log into MyEvergreen and view your Financial Aid package to see if work-study is listed. You can also accept your work-study award on the Gateway if you haven't already.
Hours Per Week for Student Jobs
All Evergreen student employees may work up to a maximum of 19 hours per week. If you work in more than one college position, your total hours must not exceed 19 hours per week for all positions combined. This rule applies to student employees working in on-campus institutional positions and all work-study positions held on- and off- campus.
Off-Campus Community Jobs are not affiliated with the college and are exempt from the 19 hour per week rule.
