Getting Paid

Online Time Sheets

Student employees will use online time sheets to accurately enter the start and end time for each shift worked as well as any unpaid breaks. Each pay period employees will certify their time no later than the last day in the pay period. Time Approvers will need to certify on the first business day of the following pay period. Paper Time Sheets will no longer be accepted.
This PowerPoint can be used as a training tool, and more information can be found HERE.

Picking up Paychecks

Paychecks may be picked up at the Cashier's Office on College pay dates from 9AM to 5PM. If a paycheck has been in the Cashier's Office for five or more working days, the check will be mailed to the address on the check (make sure your address is up to date in your my.evergreen.edu account).

Payroll Cycles & Pay Dates (twice a month)

We have two payroll cycles each month:

  • 1st through the 15th   (paid ten days later on the 25th)
  • 16th through the last day of the month   (paid ten days later on the 10th)

Certify your hours by the 15th, and the last working day of the month, so that you can be paid on the college's pay dates.
(Example: If you worked on the January 1st through 15th payroll cycle, you'll be paid ten days later on January 25th)
