The Student Employment Office (SEO)

Our Mission

Our mission is to help Evergreen students: (1) find flexible part time work to defray educational costs, (2) find work opportunities that support their educational and career goals, and (3) equitably and appropriately manage the College's Work Study funds.

We provide resources and support for students looking for employment: on-campus, off-campus, part-time, temporary, seasonal, work-study, and non-work-study. The Student Employment Office is also eager to develop relationships with employers who are looking for talented interns, part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees.

Need to find out how much you earned in 2007?

Your W-2 Tax form, that lists how much you earned in 2007 and how much was held for taxes, was mailed at the end of January to the permanent address on file with Payroll.

Please note that the address database with Payroll is separate from Registration/Gateway/MyEvergreen address database. If you need to update your address with payroll you should call 360-867-6460 or stop by their office in SEM 2, C2105.

2008 Supervisor Trainings
Once again, the Student Employment Office is offering a series of information sessions for supervisors of student employees. These information sessions will cover important regulations governing student employment, including such topics as timesheets and meal breaks. We will be joined by representatives from Payroll and Human Resources, and possibly other special guests!

Payroll History
You can view your payroll history online. Enter your A number with a capital "A". Your PIN is the number that you received from Payroll when you started working, not your Gateway/MyEvergreen password. Contact Payroll if you have lost or forgotten your PIN.
