Part I - due February 1, 2010

Submit to the Enrollment Services Office:

• A statement of purpose, not to exceed three pages, for your work in drawing, painting and/or printmaking.
• A list of successfully completed Evergreen programs, including program titles and faculty names.
• FAFSA or Renewal Application

Part II - due February 18, 2010

Submit to the Critique Room Arts Annex Studio:

This part of the application must be installed prior to 10:00 a.m. on February 19 in the Critique Room Arts Annex to be considered and picked up between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the same day.

Artwork will not be accepted before February 19 without making prior arrangements.
