Colin Reese Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Colin Reese, a 2003 Evergreen graduate whose goal was to explore options for a sustainable and more equitable economic system as a policy analyst or college educator. Offered to a currently enrolled student with junior or senior standing attending at least half time. The applicant must demonstrate academic interest and achievement in the study of political science, economics and/or political economy. The applicant should also demonstrate interest and involvement in the community through volunteer work, internships, paid employment or other means. Financial need will also be considered.

Requirements

  • A letter of application addressing your qualifications and why you wish to be considered for the scholarship.
  • Two letters of recommendation, at least one from current or recent faculty members and the other from an individual other than a family member who is familiar with your involvement in the community.
  • Unofficial copies of Evergreen evaluations.
