Important Information: this is a tuition award. Tuition Awards listed are a waiver of a student’s tuition. A recipient of a tuition award cannot receive funding in excess of the cost of full-time undergraduate tuition. In addition, a recipient of a tuition award cannot use the funding for any of the study abroad consortium agreements.
Offered to a new or currently enrolled student attending full time who is pursuing the fine arts (writing, painting, sculpture, photography, etc.). Award will go to a student who shows talent, potential and creativity.
- Letter of application addressing your talents, achievements and needs as they relate to this award.
- A “piece of self” that captures an essential picture of you as a person, for instance, a piece of writing, a work of art (see How to Apply #5), a portfolio or some other creative endeavor. Be sure each piece is labeled with your name.
- Two letters of recommendation written within the past year that address your talent, potential and creativity.
