Mountain Fit with TOP

Join us in this full spectrum fitness program to prepare you physically for all kinds of adventures. With elements of obstacle running, crossfit, weight lifting and more, every day is unique and challenging. We provide a friendly, supportive environment where individuals of any level of fitness, experience and ability may push themselves and truly try to reach their peak fitness. Though we emphasize motions and strengths common to outdoor pursuits, this program is an excellent and well-rounded approach to fitness that anyone can enjoy, avid outdoorsperson or not. This program is highly recommended for individuals planning on attending mountaineering and other strenuous trips.
