Director of Residential and Dining Services
Sharon Goodman
The Director of Residential and Dining Services provides strategic leadership and is responsible for the residence halls and dining services at Evergreen. The Director supervises three assistant directors, administration, facilities and residential life, and provides leadership to eight full-time professional staff and approximately 75 to 150 undergraduate staff members in Residential and Dining Services. The Director of Residential and Dining Services reports to the Vice President of Student Affairs.
Assistant Director for Administration
Fred Swift
The Assistant Director for Administration is responsible for the management of the business, financial, information technology and administrative support functions for Residential and Dining Services. He provides day-to-day supervision and management of the food service contract. The Assistant Director for Administration reports to the Director of Residential and Dining Services.
Assistant Director for Residential Facilities
Mark Lacina
The Assistant Director for Residential Facilities is responsible for the daily administration of the facilities in Housing. He supervises three professional full-time staff and provides leadership to 45 to 150 undergraduate student staff members, depending on the time of year. The Assistant Director for Residential Facilities reports to the Director of Residential and Dining Services .
Assistant Director for Residential Life
Chuck McKinney
The Assistant Director for Residential Life is responsible for the daily administration and management of the residence-life program consisting of 900 resident students. He supervises four professional full-time staff and provides leadership to approximately 35 undergraduate staff members. He has responsibility for occupancy management, emergency planning and assessment. The Assistant Director for Residential Life reports to the Director of Residential and Dining Services.
Coordinator of Residential Life
Monique Vallot
The Coordinator for Residential Life is responsible for the operation of the residence-life program. She supervises three full-time professional Resident Directors and 22 student Resident Assistants. The Coordinator is responsible for the administration of Housing's judicial system, room assignments, check-in/check-out. The Coordinator for Residential Life reports to the Assistant Director for Residential Life.
Engineering Technician
Steve Johnson
The Engineering Technician provides heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and AutoCAD services. He reports to the Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor.
Locksmith/Residential Maintenance Supervisor
Matt Lebens
The Locksmith/Residential Maintenance supervisor is responsible for maintaining all locks, doors and keys in housing. He supervises eight student residential maintenance staff and provides emergency maintenance. The Locksmith/Residential Maintenance supervisor reports to the Maintenance/Custodial supervisor.
Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor
Ray Ruiz
The Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of custodians, grounds, maintenance, linen, auxiliary services and the key shop. He supervises two professional positions and provides leadership to 45 to 150 student staff, depending on the season. The Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor reports to the Assistant Director for Residential Facilities.
Office Support Supervisor
Susan Stapleton
The Office Support Supervisor provides staff support and reports to the director of Residential and Dining Services, manages and coordinates the activities of the front office and provides office and administrative support for professional staff in the department.
Resident Director for Apartment Style
Julie Silipo
The Resident Director for Apartment Style facilitates and promotes a safe living/learning residential community. She supervises an area staff of Resident Assistants. The Resident Director reports to the Coordinator of Residential Life.
Resident Director for Freshman
Peggy Schimmel
The Resident Director for Freshman facilitates and promotes a safe living/learning residential community. She supervises an area staff of Resident Assistants. The Resident Director reports to the Coordinator of Residential Life.
Resident Director for Programming
Melissa Turkington
The Resident Director for Programming facilitates and promotes a healthy and socially engaged community. She provides leadership and advice to the Greener . The Resident Director reports to the Coordinator of Residential Life.
Residential Information Technology Manager
Noel McHugh
The Housing Information Technology manager provides planning, implementation and maintenance of information technology resources. He supervises five student Resident Technicians. He is responsible for network and communications infrastructure, databases, web applications and technology support services. The Residential Information Technology manager reports to the Assistant Director for Administration.
