Director of Residential and Dining Services
Sharon Goodman
The Director of Residential and Dining Services provides strategic leadership and is responsible for the residence halls and dining services at Evergreen. The Director supervises three assistant directors, administration, facilities and residential life, and provides leadership to eight full-time professional staff and approximately 75 to 150 undergraduate staff members in Residential and Dining Services. The Director of Residential and Dining Services reports to the Vice President of Student Affairs.

Assistant Director for Residential Facilities
Mark Lacina
The Assistant Director for Residential Facilities is responsible for the daily administration of the facilities in Housing. He supervises three professional full-time staff and provides leadership to 45 to 150 undergraduate student staff members, depending on the time of year. The Assistant Director for Residential Facilities reports to the Director of Residential and Dining Services.

Assistant Director for Residential Life
Michael Sledge
The Assistant Director for Residential Life is responsible for the daily administration and management of the residence-life program consisting of 900 resident students. He supervises four professional full-time staff and provides leadership to approximately 35 undergraduate staff members. He has responsibility for occupancy management, emergency planning and assessment. The Assistant Director for Residential Life reports to the Director of Residential and Dining Services.

Resident Director for First Year Housing (A & B)
D.J. Walch
The Resident Director for First Year Housing facilitates and promotes a safe living and learning residential community. This person directly oversees A and B Buildings and an area staff of Resident Assistants. The Resident Director reports to the Assistant Director for Residential Life.

Resident Director for First Year Housing (C & D)
Julia Rose
The Resident Director for First Year Housing facilitates and promotes a safe living and learning residential community. This person directly oversees C and D Buildings and an area staff of Resident Assistants. The Resident Director reports to the Assistant Director for Residential Life.

Resident Director for Apartment Housing (E-N)
Tyler Eggen
The Resident Director for Apartment Housing facilitates and promotes a safe living and learning residential community. Tyler directly oversees First Year Apartment Housing (E), Quiet Housing (I & J), Reduced Allergen Housing (H), No-Theme Apartment Housing (G, K & N) and supervises an area staff of four Resident Assistants. Tyler has been in the Residential and Dining Services department at Evergreen since the summer of 2011. Before that, Tyler worked in Residential Life at the University of Alaska Anchorage while pursuing his BS (Sociology) and at Indiana University while attaining his MSEd (Higher Education & Student Affairs ). The Resident Director reports to the Assistant Director for Residential Life.

Resident Director for Apartment Housing (P - U)
Justin Reuter
Justin Reuter is the Resident Director for Apartment and Modular Housing facilitates and promotes a safe living and learning residential community. This person directly oversees No-Theme Housing (T & U), Substance Free Housing (R & S), Rainbow Fort (P & Q), Sustinablity House (Mod 302 & 303) and modular housing. Before joining the Evergreen team in July of 2010, Reuter worked at the University of Utah where he received his M.Ed. in Student Affairs Administration. Justin completed in BS in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. In addition to supervising six undergraduate students and advising the Greener Organization, Justin serves on an after-hours duty rotation responsible for responding to crisis situations that arise in the residence halls. The Resident Director reports to the Assistant Director for Residential Life.

Fiscal Specialist
Deborah Miles
The Fiscal Specialist provides services related to room billing, payroll, purchasing, and department budgeting. This person reports to the Assistant Director for Administration.

Office Support Supervisor
Jaycie Osterberg
The Office Support Supervisor provides staff support and reports to the director of Residential and Dining Services, manages and coordinates the activities of the front office and provides office and administrative support for professional staff in the department.

Residential Information Technology Manager
Noel McHugh
The Residential Information Technology manager provides planning, implementation and maintenance of information technology resources. This person supervises five student Resident Technicians. He is responsible for network and communications infrastructure, databases, web applications and technology support services.

Buildings/Grounds Supervisor
Ray Ruiz
The Buildings/Grounds Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of custodians, grounds, residential maintenance (day and night), linen, auxiliary services and the key shop. This person supervises two professional positions, acts as in-house project foreman and provides leadership to 45 to 150 student staff, depending on the season. The Buildings/Grounds Supervisor reports to the Assistant Director for Residential Facilities.

Security, Safety & Emergency Response and ADA Compliance Coordinator
Matt Lebens
This position reports to the Buildings/Grounds Supervisor and is responsible for the following:
- Maintaining all locks, doors and keys within the residential complex
- Ensuring the proper function of the residential fire-safety systems
- Management of Injury/Illness Reporting System. Ensure adherence to occupational safety standards
- Development, coordination and implementation of RAD Emergency Response Plan
- Training, mentorship and supervision of 12-person staff/volunteer Emergency Response Team
- Acting as liaison between Access Services and RAD Front Office in order to ensure ADA compliance

Engineering Technician
Steve Johnson
The Engineering Technician provides heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and AutoCAD services. This person reports to the Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor.
