Mixed Gender Freshman Single (rate - Single Bedroom, No Kitchen)

For 2013-14 we are piloting a few mixed gender freshman units.  These are private locking single bedrooms that share a single occupancy locking bathroom and shower with students of mixed gender.  These units allow friends of differing genders to request each other as "roommates" and live in proximity to each other, while still maintaining the privacy of their own bedrooms.

Mixed gender units are clearly marked as such in the self assignment system, and require accepting the mixed gender preference agreement before you can reserve a room.

All rooms are fully furnished.

Typical furniture includes:

• twin-size bed with mattress pad and frame
• desk
• chair
• dresser
• wardrobe
• cube table with drawer
• trash can
