Evergreen Housing Application Information
This is an example of the email applicants receive when they begin the Fall 2012 application process before the self assignment period.
We have received your Rental Application for the 2012-2013 Academic Year. Your first step in the application process is complete.
This year is the first time that all students will be able to use a self assign process designed by our ResTech student staff. When you log back on between May 14, 2012 and July 4, 2012 you will have the opportunity to use the new self-assign application and select your actual room for the 2012-2013 Academic Year. At that time you will be able to view floorplans to see which rooms are available to you, and reserve your room. When you reserve your room, you will have 24 hours to make your $250 non-refundable deposit to confirm your room.

We will be updating our web site with more information about theme housing and dining plan rates in late spring/early summer.
We are working with the Admissions office to create a new virtual tour that should be coming on line sometime in May. This virtual tour will give you an opportunity to view residence hall rooms and facilities. Check back at our website to look for this exciting tour opportunity.
