Application Fee

• A one-time, non-refundable $45 application fee that must be paid at the time of application.

Confirmation Payment

• A $250 Confirmation Payment is due within 24 hours of reserving your space online.
• The Confirmation Payment is applied toward your first quarter's rent.
• If you do not submit your Confirmation Payment within 24 hours your reservation will be cancelled and your space will be available for others to reserve.
• Confirmation Payments are non-refundable.

Rent

• Rent for the quarter is due in full the same date tuition is due.
