- A traditional contract for housing.
- You rent one bed and Residential and Dining Services assigns roommates to your living unit.
- You can transfer to another room or building during your contract.
- Your rent is based on the bed you occupy.
- You can request roommates on your application; they must also request you.
- Roommate(s) not specifically requested are matched as nearly to your application's roommate matching criteria as possible.
Contract Lengths
- Fall contracts are for the full 10-month academic year.
- Winter contracts are for winter and spring quarters.
- Spring contracts are for spring quarter.
