The Office of the President hosts a variety of special events that advance the mission of the College, increase external support for our programs, and ensure quality representation of the College. The Office of the President works collaboratively with the Office of College Advancement and other senior members of college administration to coordinate and implement annual fundraising events, alumni engagement events, campus events, receptions, dinners and lectures.

JACKIE ROBINSON SCHOLARSHIP NIGHT
Established in 1988 by Evergreen faculty member Patrick Hill and his wife Maureen, the Jackie Robinson Scholarship recognizes students of color who demonstrate academic achievement and outstanding commitment to community involvement and social justice.
Gathering together to celebrate the opening of a new academic year, the President welcomes Emeritus, returning and new faculty to his home for dinner and community.
RETURN TO EVERGREEN
Reconnect with the College community. Return to Evergreen is an annual celebration of the alumni experience; the event engages past and present students, faculty and staff to renew the sustaining relevance and meaning of an Evergreen education.
YEARS OF SERVICE RECOGNITION LUNCH
Celebrate the commitment of Evergreen faculty and staff. This annual luncheon recognizes individuals for their many years of service to the College and collects donates for our on-campus food bank.
THE ART OF LIVING
Support the Evergreen Annual Fund. The Art of Living Dinner and Auction is an evening of cuisine, community and an exciting auction filled with experiences and art.
PRESIDENT'S SCHOLARSHIP RECEPTION
Honoring scholarship recipients, donors and our many volunteers, the President's Scholarship Reception is a chance to connect, celebrate and hear the stories of students whose scholarships have helped them achieve college success.
PRESIDENT'S RECOGNITION DINNER
Hosted by the President, the annual Recognition Dinner is a formal reception which celebrates our many campus accomplishments and thanks colleagues and friends who have made extraordinary contributions to Evergreen.
EMERITUS AND RETIRING FACULTY RECEPTION
Recognizing the service of retiring faculty members to The College, members of the campus community are invited to join the President as the Board of Trustees confers Emeritus status to nominated faculty.
GRADUATION PLATFORM PARTY LUNCH
Welcoming our Keynote, Faculty, Undergraduate and Graduate Commencement Speakers as well as other members of the Graduation Platform Party on this joyful occasion, invited guests gather to share a meal prior to leading the graduation procession.
