Board of Trustees
- The President must perform his or her duties prudently and ethically and in compliance with state and federal law, the Washington Administrative Code, accepted business and professional ethics and standards, legislative regulatory authority, and explicit Board constraints on presidential authority.
- The role of the President is to implement the policies of the Board of Trustees and to accept delegated authority.
- The President is responsible for regularly informing the Board about activities conducted by the President in the delegated areas.
