Definitions of College Policies

College Policy

Applies to all members of one or more of the following categories - students, staff or faculty, OR impacts the work of more than one are of the college. College-wide policies require review and approval by Executive Leadership. Review by the college's assistant attorney general may also be required. Policy must be posted to Evergreen’s policy website. 

Division Policy

Applies within a single area of the college. Requires review by Executive Leadership and assistant attorney general may also be necessary. Policy may be posted to Evergreen’s policy website if appropriate. 

Office Policy

Applies within a single area of the college. Requires review executive leader responsible for that area of the college and appropriate stakeholders as needed Recommended that policy be posted on the website of the impacted office.
