The Payroll & Benefits Office pays Faculty, Staff and Student Employees on a semi-monthly payroll schedule of the 10th and 25th of each month.
We administer benefits and retirement to all eligible employees, as well as providing benefits orientations for new/newly eligible employees.

Annual Open Enrollment is November 1st - 30th.
If you want your pay direct deposited during Winter break you will need to set up direct deposit by December 6th.
Paper checks should be picked up at the Cashier’s office on payday – if you are off campus and don’t have direct deposit for Thanksgiving week please pick up your paper check as soon as possible after you return.
