Online Appeal Form

Instructions:

  • Tickets must be appealed within 10 CALENDAR DAYS of the violation date.
  • The Citation number must accompany this appeal. If you do not know your citation number please call the parking office at 360-867-6352 with your license plate number so we can assist you.
  • Appeals that are longer than the space provided will not be accepted.
  • Appeal must be complete (including identification number and permanent mailing address) to be accepted.
  • If you do not have a student identification number, simply enter "n/a" in that space.
