Reserve a Vehicle
Complete the online vehicle reservation request form, call Motor Pool at (360 )867-6354 or visit Parking Services.
College vehicles are for college business only. Additionally, you may not transport anyone who is not on official college business.
Be sure to get your travel authority approved before you make a vehicle reservation.
Vehicles and Trips
- 12-passenger van
- 8-passenger van (same size as 12-passenger with fewer seats)
- Washington State Motor Pool vehicles (additional passenger vans, cargo vans, sedans, SUVs, etc.)
Depending on your destination, it may be possible to rent a bus. Reserve a bus at least two weeks in advance of your trip. If the vehicle you want is already reserved or is not listed above, we can help you arrange a rental through the Washington State Motor Pool.

| New Driver Fee (recovery of driving history record check) | $20/new driver |
| Cancellation Ffee (if less than 24-hour notice) | $30 |
| Excessive cleaning fee (minimum of $30 if returned excessively dirty or if mud/manure/garbage left in vehicle, plus $30 per hour) | $30 minimum |
Rates are effective as of July 1, 2022.
Any fuel you buy during your rental should be put on the WEX credit card that comes with the vehicle. More about vehicle costs.
