Scholars Program September 14-18, 2009

Program Focus

The small registration fee of $75 covers meals, on-campus housing, and supplies during the Program.

Designed as a supplement to the all campus orientation planned for new students, our program will help you learn more about Evergreen's philosophy of teaching and will include the oportunity to practice "seminaring:.

You will also be introduced to many of the campus student support services such as career development, financial aid, college activities and the learning resource cetner. You will have the opportunity to meet key facutly and staff and become familiar with the surrounding Olympia community and of course, other new students like yourselves. We invite you to come and meet other new students who may haves some of the same interests, concerns, hopes and questions as you do.

Our program is carefully designed to offer you a well-rounded package of learning experiences. All participants are required to attend all events and activities Septmber 14 - 18.
