2014 Scholars Program Information
The small registration fee covers meals, on-campus housing, and supplies during the Program.
2014 Registration Form (PDF) - Available March 1.
Designed as a supplement to the all campus orientation planned for new students, our program will help you learn more about Evergreen's philosophy of teaching and will include the opportunity to practice "seminaring."
You will also be introduced to many of the campus student support services such as career development, financial aid, college activities and the learning resource center. You will have the opportunity to meet key faculty and staff and become familiar with the surrounding Olympia community and of course, other new students like yourselves. We invite you to come and meet other new students who may have some of the same interests, concerns, hopes and questions as you do.
Our program is carefully designed to offer you a well-rounded package of learning experiences. All participants are required to attend all events and activities from the beginning date of the program through the final day of Evergreen Orientation week.
If you have a disability and need accommodations to assure equal access, please contact Access Services for Students with Disabilities at (360) 867-6348 or TTY (360) 867-6834.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Evergreen in the Fall!
If you have any questions about the Scholars Program or your transition to Evergreen, please contact us. We will be in the office throughout the summer preparing for your arrival.
