AmeriCorps Alums LogoMES offers the following benefits to AmeriCorps members and AmeriCorps alumni in recognition of their service to their communities. 

Benefits for AmeriCorps members and AmeriCorps alums:

  • Application Fee Waiver: Email Gail Wootan for fee waiver instructions
  • Segal AmeriCorps Education Award: You can use your award to cover Evergreen tuition
  • MES AmeriCorps Service Award: All AmeriCorps alumni who completed a term of service will receive a tuition waiver of $500 (for each full-time term of service) or $250 (for each term of less than full-time). Students may receive this award once a year for a maximum of two years. Applications and proof of service are required. Applications available on the MES Financial Aid page and due March 1, 2013.
