Audio, Video & Media Package Production Rates


Electronic Media offers a variety of assistance for your video, audio, and media needs.
The following packages are a few of our most requested. Any request can be tailored to fit your exact requirements. Contact Electronic Media at (360) 867-6270 for assistance.

Prices indicated are campus/external.

Video

Studio Productions - projects that are videotaped in our studio

Two-hour studio production: $230/$260 which includes:

  • Access to our three-camera studio ($50/ $80 daily)
  • A Producer and operator ($70)
  • One DV (digital video) copy of your final program. ($12/mini DV60)
  • One DV CAM original of your final program on file in our office ($35/DV CAM 64)
  • Two hours of production time.
  • $35 per hour for each additional operator and production staff member
  • DVD and VHS copies are available for an additional charge.
  • Post production editing is available for an additional charge.

Field Productions — projects that are taped on location outside of our studio

Two-hour field production: $285/$305 which includes:

  • Free script consultation and site survey within 15 miles
  • One field camera ($140/$200 daily)
  • Two field operators ($70)
  • Digital video production recorded to mini DV stored onsite ($12 mini DV)
  • One DV copy of your final program ($12 mini DV)
  • Two hours of field production time.

VHS and DVD copies are available for an additional charge.
$35 per hour for each additional operator and production staff member
$35 per digital post production hour, we use Final Cut Pro

Audio

Basic Audio System

Small Public Address Sound System Package

$110/$150 daily rate which includes:

  • Bogen system ($38/$60)
  • Setup, two hour minimum charge ($15/$35 per hour labor)
  • Speakers
  • Amplfier
  • CD player ($6/$10)
  • Cassette player ($6/$10)
  • 2 mics on stands

There will be an additional charge for additional electronic pieces or wireless microphones.
$15/$35 per additional hour beyond the first two for tech assistance

Small to Medium Disco Sound System without Monitors

$130/$180 daily rate which includes:

  • Setup, two hour minimum charge($15/$35 per hour labor)
  • Speakers
  • Mixer -- 2 line inputs and mic input ($59/$95)
  • 2 CD players ($6/$10)
  • Cassette player ($6/$10)
  • 2 mics on stands ($12/$20)

There will be an additional charge for additional electronic pieces or wireless microphones.
$15/$35 per additional hour beyond the first two for tech assistance

Medium Sound System with Monitors

Media

Video Data Projection Package

$210/$290 which includes:

  • Video Data Projector (138/$220 package with DVD player and speakers)
  • DVD Player ($6/$10)
  • Speakers
  • Setup and assistance for two hour total ($15/$35)
  • Appropriate for small to medium size room

Cost of a screen and other equipment, if needed, will be extra.
$15/$35 per additional hour beyond the first two for tech assistance
Clients will provide their own laptop(s), if needed.
