The QuaSR Center is open for Winter quarter!
Our winter quarter tutoring times by subject and tutoring times by program are now posted.
Please note that the QuaSR Center closes during all campus closures. Please call (360) 867-6000 for campus closure information.
QuaSR Center Winter 2012 Hours, Olympia Location:
- Monday - Thursday: 11am - 8pm
- Friday and Sunday: 12pm - 5pm
- Closed Saturdays and Holidays
QuaSR Center Winter 2012 Hours, Tacoma Location:
- Monday 9 - 10 a.m., 2 - 3 p.m.
- Tuesday 9 - 10 a.m., 4 - 6 p.m.
- Wednesday 9-10 a.m., 2 - 3 p.m., 4 - 6 p.m.
- Thursday 9 - 10 a.m., 2 - 3 p.m.
- Saturday 2 - 4 p.m.
- Closed Friday, Sunday and Holidays
The QuaSR Center, Tacoma is located at the round tables near the kitchen in Lyceum Hall on the Tacoma campus. Students are required to bring their student ID for Saturday tutoring.
QuaSR Reference Sheets
The QuaSR has generated electronic reference sheets which outline key processes, answer frequently asked questions, and provide useful information at a glance. They can also be found on paper in the QuaSR center.
What to Expect
When you come into the Centers for Active Student Learning, you'll find Evergreen students who provide tutoring support in math, biology, chemistry, physics, economics, statistics, and nearly everything else scientific or mathematical. During the school year, drop-in tutoring is available six days a week.
Many of the students who use the QuaSR Center like to sit and do their homework and get occasional help when they need it; other students want more individual help and some like to work in small groups. We're committed to making a supportive space for math and science students at Evergreen.
