Due to changes in technology and in the organization of the Government Printing Office and the Federal Depository Library Program since the writing of the 1998 Washington State Plan, the NGIN membership thought it would be best to revise the State Plan in order to conform to those new trends.

The State Plan Committee included: Herrick Heitman (Regional Librarian, Washington State Library), Cassandra Hartnett (University of Washington, Robin Clausen (Tacoma Public Library), and Carlos A. Diaz (The Evergreen State College). Please be sure to send your comments concerning the plan to any of the committee members.
