Friends of the Evergreen State College Library is a non-profit community organization that supports the work of the library. The Friends organize programs and events to bring the campus and the community together. The Friends also hold regular membership meetings in conjunction with readings, and work to raise funds to help the library provide the best services possible for both campus users and the surrounding community.

The Evergreen State College Library is a dynamic organization with facilities, resources and staff dedicated to excellent service for both the Evergreen campus and the surrounding communities. The library is recognized as such a valuable community resource that nearly a third of its users are non-students.
