Every spring, the Friends sponsor the annual Evergreen 5K Run/Walk -- a United States of America Track & Field certified/sanctioned event on the grounds of Evergreen's beautiful campus. The event is both a fund-raiser for the Friends and a community outreach opportunity for the college.

The Evergreen 5K is the last event in a week long series of events to celebrate the college's graduating class and the end of the academic year. The Fourth Annual Evergreen 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, June 15th, 2008 at
9:00 a.m.

The course starts and finishes at the Library Loop in front of Red Square. If you're a runner, walker or just a fan - come enjoy the day!
