REHEARSAL will take place Wednesday, June 11th at 1:00 p.m. on Red Square. It is extremely important that you attend. CHECK IN cards will be distributed after Rehearsal until 4:00 p.m. You are required to have this card in order to participate in the graduation ceremony. You will give your CHECK IN card to the announcer just before you cross the stage, so the card is extremely important - don't lose it! If you are unable to attend Rehearsal, you must stop in the lobby of SEM 1 on Thursday, June 12th (9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) or Friday, June 13th beginning at 11:00 a.m.
GRADUATION will be on Red Square, rain or shine, on Friday, June 13 at 1:00 p.m. You should plan to line-up for the processional by 12:30 p.m. in between the LAB buildings and Lecture Halls.
Alert your family and friends that graduation will be outdoors, so they should come prepared for whatever kind of weather we are experiencing that day. We will have a section of chairs designated for elderly and disabled - ushers will be available to help you find this area. The ceremony will also be broadcast in the Lecture Halls and Seminar II building for those wishing to sit indoors. Seating in the Lecture Halls and Seminar II building will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

RECEPTION You and your family are invited to a reception immediately following the graduation ceremony in the Longhouse. It will be one of the last opportunities to spend time with your classmates, so please plan to join us for refreshments.
