Graduation Application Process
Are you planning to graduate this year?
If you are planning to graduate this year, which includes summer quarter, you are required to submit a Graduation Application and pay the $25 graduation fee at the time of application.
To join in the spring graduation ceremony, the deadline to apply is mid-April.

Evergreen's undergraduate graduation requirements
Bachelor of Arts degree
Requires a minimum of 180 credits. If you transfer credits from another college, 45 of your last 90 credits must be earned from Evergreen. Apply at least one quarter ahead of your final quarter.
Bachelor of Science degree
Requires a minimum of 180 credits. 72 of these credits must be science, math or computer science, and 48 of those must be upper division (Jr/Sr) credits. Apply and request a B.S. Credit Review at least one quarter ahead of your final quarter.
Bachelor of Arts and Science degree
Requires a minimum of 225 credits. 72 of these credits must be science, math or computer science, and 48 of those must be upper division (Jr/Sr) credits. Apply and request a B.S. Credit Review at least one year ahead of your final quarter.

Change of Graduation Plans?
Notify Registration and Records of any changes to your graduation plans. There is a $10 replacement fee if you change your graduation term after the diploma has been ordered.
Diplomas
After final credits are posted, diplomas are mailed to the permanent address indicated on the graduation application. Your name will appear as it is listed on your Evergreen record. Any changes to your name require an official request for name change, with documentation provided to Registration and Records.
Replacement diplomas are available for $10. Please contact Registration and Records to order.
