Evergreen’s School-Approved Lender List PolicyOur School-Approved List is used as a tool to assist students and parents in making a choice of who to borrow loans through. Borrowers are not required to use a lender on this list. Lenders are selected to be on the Student-Approved Lender list by the loan benefits offered and the customer service provided to the student and the school. Additionally, the number of our borrowers who use a particular lender and the timeliness of disbursements are important factors. We strive to keep our list consistent and do not add or delete lenders without just cause. Reasons for a lender to be removed from the School-Approved Lender List can include, but are not limited to significant student and parent complaints concerning customer service and change in borrower benefits. 09/2007 |
