Short-Term loans are available to Evergreen students to cover temporary and unexpected emergency "cash flow" problems that jeopardize their ability to continue their education.

You may apply for an short-term loan only for unusual circumstances, and only after you have exhausted all other resources.

There are two types of short-term loan programs, Activity Loan Fund (ACT) Short-Term Loans and State Short-Term (SST) Loans.

Please read the application carefully before submitting it. Especially make sure that you are submitting the correct form depending on your means of repayment.

Activity Loan Fund (ACT) Short-Term Loan General Eligibility Criteria

If you are not a Financial Aid recipient, or if all your aid for the quarter has been received, or if you are asking for a larger sum than your financial aid benefits will cover, submit the the ACT Form.
