To make a request for work please use the Work Request Form provided below. If you encounter problems, you may email "Facilities Work Requests" from the global email address book or contact Facilities Services.

You may telephone Facilities Services Work Order Center at (360) 867-6120 if necessary, however the Work Request Form is preferred and will document your request with a Work Request Tracking Number you may refer to should questions arise.

(Please provide Room Number if possible)
Brief and Concise Description of Problem:
Please Include your Budget Number for Work that is to be Recharged to your Organization.

When you request work several pieces of information are needed:

1) The name and phone number of the person requesting the work
2) The building and location of where the work is to be performed
3) A brief description of the work requested
4) For work to be charged to your budget, we also need an email from someone Accounting has authorized as a signer for your organization and the budget number

While requests for estimates or bids are provided, at no charge; and some work, such as general maintenance or repair of existing facilities is performed at Facilities Services expense. Remodels of existing facilities, additions, alterations, new installations, and other similar activities are generally charged to the budgets requesting the work. The work order center can help you with any questions.

To maintain campus standards, ensure safety, consistency, quality, appearance, code compliance, and to comply with union agreements, all repair, maintenance, and remodeling work on campus must be managed by Facilities Services.  Do not attempt to make repairs yourself or contract with others to do so. This includes such things as painting, moving heavy furniture, installing shelving, blackboards, tack boards, whiteboards, or similar kinds of maintenance or remodeling efforts.  Thank you for your cooperation.
