Description:

This 159,862 square foot 5 cluster building will add academic and support service space designed to support the college's teaching methodology. Included within the building will be areas for the Public Service Center, Evening and Weekend Studies Program and a small satellite cafe. Design concepts and construction methods and materials are focused on sustainability, life-cycle costs and energy conservation.

$44,140,000.
