Demolition and remodel construction work at the 1st floor of the southwesterly side of the B wing of The Evergreen State College's Daniel J Evans Library Building and its adjacent exterior site area. The general areas of construction include the existing TV Studio and adjacent support spaces as well as the existing raised floor Control Room just east of the TV Studio. In addition to major architectural improvements this project includes new mechanical and electrical systems.
