Hogan Seidel (They/Them) is a moving image artist and teaches Promotional Video at Evergreen. In the past, they have taught experimental film, art history, poetry, and digital media art. 

Professor Seidel shares they want to " help my students develop sustainable art practices, foster connections to their local art ecosystem, and to be critically engaged with the world they live in".

Most recently Hogan has worked with Interbay Cinema Society in Seattle on a series of experimental filmmaking workshops for local artists. Hogan is also a co-editor of Analog Cookbook, a biannual journal with UNC Press dedicated to promoting accessibility in celluloid filmmaking.
