Sept '07 - May '08

This series of management courses may be taken either for academic credit or through Extended Education for Continuing Education Units.

The HRM Certificate Program is designed for human resources professionals who want to learn advanced skills for career advancement and business success. The overarching theme of our certificate program is strategic management. The program can serve as a foundation for certification tests in human resources. The course topics are covered in a learning community by academically qualified practitioners in the field of Human Resources. Instructors utilize lecture, seminar, general discussion, case studies, role play, simulations and work related projects focused on today's workplace challenges.

Participants will benefit from the academic foundation and practical experience of our instructors, from the experience of their peers in the field, and will develop a network of contacts in our local human resource community.

A Certificate and 16 academic credits or 16 Continuing Education Units (CEU's) will be awarded upon successful completion of the program.
