Faculty Evaluation of Students
What is the Faculty Evaluation of Student Achievement?
Faculty will write an evaluation of your academic achievement at the end of every course/program/contract, or whenever you complete a multi-quarter program.
The Faculty Evaluation of Student Achievement includes:
- a DESCRIPTION of the learning objectives and assignments for the course/program/contract
- the EVALUATION of the student's academic achievement
Faculty write evaluations of students during Evaluation Week.
At a one-on-one meeting during evaluation week it is common practice that faculty share their evaluation with the student. Once completed, evaluations are reviewed and prepared for the Registrar by Program Secretaries. A final copy is mailed to the student and the faculty.
