Audio, Video & Media Package Production Rates
Electronic Media offers a variety of assistance for your video, audio, and media needs. Staff and equipment costs are always charged back to the requestor if support is for any event with an admission fee--even if admission is on a donation basis. When no admission is being charged, staff time is charged back if the request is not supporting an academic program.

The majority of events will fall under Labor Tier 1 charges, however, depending on staffing availability and the complexity of an event, you may be charged a higher Labor Tier rate. Please contact a producer for a more accurate cost estimate.

How to estimate your labor cost:
Estimated labor cost = (Duration of event + 2hours of setup & teardown) x 2crew members x $15 for Labor Tier 1
A two hour event = 8 hours of labor ($120)
A four hour event =12 hours of labor ($180)
Tiers listed include one data projector and one screen. This does not include a laptop which you must provide. Will you need other media equipment (DVD, VHS, overheads projectors, recorders...)? Please call Electronic Media for assistance.
