State law prohibits lines of questioning that could result in discrimination in the recruitment and selection processes.  This link provides guidance on fair and unfair pre-employment inquiry.  This guidance is not only relevant to job interviews, but should be kept in mind when drafting job descriptions, job qualifications and job announcements.
