Admissions
Admission decisions are based on many factors, including a review of the courses you’ve taken and your academic achievement (GPA). Your personal statement (PDF) should describe your educational experiences that have prepared you for success at Evergreen. Applications for formal admission to the college are accepted year-round.

Freshman Applicants
Freshman applicants should complete college-preparatory course work (PDF) and submit a set of SAT or ACT test scores. The SAT school code is 4292; the ACT code is 4457.
Transfer Applicants
Transfer applicants are awarded priority admission consideration for the following degrees from a Washington community college:
- Direct Transfer Degree (Direct Transfer Agreement)
- Associate in Science-Transfer Degree (AS-T)
- Direct Technical Transfer Degree
- Upside Down Degree

Financial Aid
Evergreen’s school code is 008155. The on-time priority deadline is March 15. Seventy-one percent of Evergreen students receive some form of financial aid with an annual average award of $11,328.
Scholarships and Tuition Awards
The application deadline is February 1. Many awards are the equivalent of resident tuition.
Residential and Dining Services
The on-time priority deadline is June 1. Seventy-nine percent of freshmen live in campus housing.
