The Greenery Cafe
The Greenery, located on the first floor of the College Activities Building, offers cutting-edge American entrees, ethnically-inspired foods, vegetarian selections, and lots more! Create salads out of fresh-cut, organic vegetables. Sample the popular home-style cuisine made from fresh ingredients, tradionally prepared and presented - a meal just like mom used to make. Stop by the grill to pick up sizzling hot entrees made to order. Vegetarian? No problem! A vegetarian entree is featured each day. Oh, and don't forget to stop by the dessert island, you won't regret it!
Special menu requests are welcome. Most special dietary requirements can be met with a minimum of three weeks advance planning.
Found on the second floor of the College Activities Building, across from the Bookstore, is The Marketplace. Here you'll find Topios Pizza, Wandering Burrito, and POD Express for Gran-and-Go wraps and sandwiches. For a quick pick-me-up stop by the Espresso stand which proudly serves Batdorff and Bronson, one of our local area roasters, and see what we Northwesterners are always raving about. The Marketplace is the ultimate in convenience and choice.
Seminar II Cafe
Enjoy a healthy snack on the run with a fruit smoothie. The Express station features convenient, delicious, ready-to-go salads, sandwiches, soup and other specialties. Top it off with your favorite espresso drink.

Toiletries, snack foods, beverages, and a wide selection of grab-and-go and heat-and-serve products greet you in the POD market located within the Housing Community Complex. Close, Convenient, Fast and Easy!
Each summer conference group is assigned a serving time for the pre-paid meals served in The Greenery Cafe. This serving time is negotiated in cooperation with any other groups on campus. Please be sure to include meal times in the program information you give to your participants. All meals are to be consumed in the established dining areas during designated meal times.
Our staff will work with you to develop a food service ID system for your group such as meal tickets, customized name badges, or colored lanyards for youth groups. Conferees must present their ID at all meals.
