People and Departments

Listed below are the primary technology related offices on campus. Academic Computing

Home to the Computer Center and other academic resources such as class blogs, collaborative software, wikis and lots of other stuff. 

Administrative Computing

Primarily responsible for upkeep of the College's administrative systems including Banner, Ruffalo Cody and administrative web application development.

Client Services

The Faculty and Staff Computer Support Center (aka: the Support Center) is staffed by professionals and student employees with expertise and understanding of the needs of computer users in this rapidly changing field of technology.  We provide a single point of contact for Evergreen faculty and staff to receive assistance in resolving computing and network questions and problems.

Media Services

Media Services is comprised of three seperate groups, that include Media Loan, Electronic Media, Photoland and operate the Digital Imaging Studio and Multimedia Lab.

Network Services

The Evergreen network and infrastructure is managed and maintained by Network Services. This includes all Enterprise wide servers, network closets, switches and do-dads...

Scientific Computing

Home of Technology support for the sciences including the Computer Applications Lab and, instrumentation computers and other sciency stuff

Telecommunications

The Telecommunications Office provides voice telecommunications services to all faculty and staff at The Evergreen State College.

Web Team

Primarily responsible for maintaining and constantly planning, developing and completing projects that improve look, feel, navigation and accessibility of the Evergreen Web site. Our goal is to implement the most accessible, efficient and elegant designs on the Evergreen web site in an effort to provide easy, intuitive access to information that deliberately represents the spirit of Evergreen.
