Eval/Contract Form Instructions for Windows
Step 1
| Open Microsoft Word from the
Shortcuts folder, which is in the Applications
folder on the desktop. |
 |
Step 2
| Click the smiley face icon in
the Word toolbar. |
 |
Step 3
| Select the type of form you want
to write. |
 |
Step 4
| You'll now get a chance to enter
your standard information (Name, dates, student
ID #, etc.). If at any time you need to go back
and change some of this information, click the
Edit Info button in the Word toolbar. |
 |
Step 5
If you have already typed
your eval , you can insert it into the evaluation
form by selecting Insert Narrative... from
the File menu.
It is very important the the document being
inserted is either a plain text or another
Word document and does not contain any
special formatting. (This means that the
document has no header, footer, tables,
special font, etc.) |
Step 6
| Once you've finished spell checking
your document, done some proof reading, fact
checking, etc., you'll probably want to print
it out. Most forms print out multiple copies,
so you are given the option to print a draft
copy that you can review for accuracy before
printing multiple final copies to turn in; please
make use of this feature in order to conserve
paper. |
